Kingston upon Thames and Sutton
11+ Exam
An overview of the Kingston upon Thames and Sutton 11+ Exam

There are eight Grammar schools in the Kingston upon Thames and Sutton region. There are also a number of private school that use selection at 11 years of age.

Competition for these schools is very strong and the schools are generally heavily oversubscribed. Like many other council areas parents who wish for their child to attend these schools must complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and return it within the stated time span. You should contact the school or council directly for full details.
You can follow links on the council websites to the various schools.
Test Content

The test format has been based on English and mathematics questions though at later stages of the process Verbal and Non-verbal reasoning tests have been used. The schools write many of the papers themselves.
